GROF® Breathwork (2 People)

Service Description

Focused pair-work session - alternating role of breather and sitter during the workshop. The package includes pre-session preparation. The workshop starts around 9am, ending around 5pm. There will be one Grof Breathwork session, followed by integration activity as an integral part of the process. You commit to be present for all of the related activities, there is no option for partial participation. We will start with an introductory talk, and after the session we will close with a sharing. Light lunch, snacks, beverages will be provided. No matter if you are experienced with expanded states, or this is your first encounter with holotropic states, you are welcome, just as you are ❤️. We offer a sliding scale in acknowledgement of the various forms of systemic oppression that result in economic disparity, and we seek to mitigate this so that clients of different backgrounds may participate.
